One of the ways your spouse can help you with your home based business is simply by helping you get everything organized so that you can work more efficiently. Cleaning up your work space, or organizing your computer desk top might seem like something small but it will allow you to get more work done faster and therefore get more sign ups.

2. Writing Articles

Writing articles can be an extremely effective way to create prospects online. However, writing and submitting articles can take up a lot of time. If your spouse is a good writer asking them to write you a couple good articles every day is a great way for them to contribute to your home based business.

If they aren’t into writing they can also help you by simply submitting your articles to different online article directories.

3. Responding To Emails

Many times your spouse might want to help but they just don’t want to actually talk to the prospects on the phone. If that’s the case you might set up a system where you answer the calls and take care of calling back your prospects while he or she responds to and takes care of emails. That way you can spend more time on the phone with prospects and everyone gets responded to.

4. Taking Care Of Things Around The House/ The Kids

This might sound simple but one of the best ways a spouse can help you with your home based business is by picking up a little extra slack around the house and with your children. This will allow you to spend more time talking to prospects and marketing online and everything will still get done around the home.

5. Talking To Friends And Family

Sometimes your spouse won’t want to talk to strangers on the phone but they’ll have no problem picking up the phone and telling your friends and family about your opportunity. If that’s the case it would allow he or she to handle your “warm market” while you do “cold calling”. That will save a lot of time for you and allow you to talk to more people in a shorter amount of time.
